In 1998, Lee Zalben, the founder of the brand converted his fantasy into reality when he opened a sandwich shop in Greenwich Village, New York, that was entirely devoted to peanut butter products. Lee Zalben personally devised the entire menu. This dedication combined with his remarkable range of peanut butter memorabilia surely makes him peanut butter’s number one fan!
Since then, Peanut Butter & Co. has expanded to Georgia, the heart of the peanut country. There, the company manufactures its signature line of handmade gourmet peanut butter for customers across the country. They have also rolled out new more environmentally friendly recyclable plastic packaging.
The product
Peanut Butter & Co. offer six different kinds of peanut butter: Smooth Operator, Crunch Time, Cinnamon Raisin Swirl, The Heat is On, White Chocolate Wonderful and Dark Chocolate Dreams. These combinations may seem unusual but when tasted will evoke a fun nostalgic memory to the kid inside everyone.
