The company
La Truffe Cendrée is run by Arnaud Bizac and based in Souillac, South West France. Arnaud learned his trade when his father ran his own foie gras company, which prompted him to set up La Truffe Cendrée. The site is run by a team of highly skilled and passionate men and women who are dedicated to producing good quality products. All of the liver used in the products comes from France, unlike alternative products which contain liver imported from Eastern Europe.
La Truffe Cendrée is renowned in the gastronomic world for their top quality foie gras which is best enjoyed with sweet white wines from southwest France, such as Sauternes, Jurancon or Montbazillac.
The product
We offer a wide range of ambient products, including: foie gras (in various sizes), truffles, duck confit, goose fat, pâté and goose liver mousse – all of which have an impeccable taste. These quintessential French delicacies have to be tasted to be fully appreciated.
