FRANK’S® RedHot® sauce has a history that dates back to 1918, when pepper farmer Adam Estilette partnered with Jacob Frank in New Iberia, Louisiana, to create a sauce perfectly spiced with the rich flavour of cayenne peppers. Then, in 1920, FRANK’S® RedHot® sauce was born. FRANK’S® Redhot® is best known as the secret ingredient in the first buffalo wing sauce, created in 1964 in New York.

FRANK’S® Original RedHot® Cayenne Pepper Sauce.
FRANK’S® use a proprietary blend of special, chile peppers to create there trademark surge of flavour that creates just the right amount of heat. The part of the pepper that generates the heat is not the coloured fruit, but the white veins that run along the inside of the pepper. This surge of flavour simply cannot be duplicated. To be used in barbeque sauces, salad dressings, dips, marinades or to just to add a kick to an otherwise ordinary dish.
Currently available in 3.7 litre bottles, the sauce is perfectly suited to the catering industry. Soon to be available in retail sized bottles, watch this space…
