Shortly before 1885, the Delouis family acquired a vinegar factory in Limoges, France, where they began to focus on the production of high quality vinegars. In 1976, Philippe Delouis established a mustard factory in Champsac which changed the structure of the existing company and diversified their products.
Their philosophy is centred on the use of natural ingredients to produce quality products. Delouis sauces and mayonnaises are made from quality natural vegetable oils, eggs and vinegar.
We offer six fresh sauces and mayonnaises in the range: caesar, garlic and plain mayonnaise and hollandaise, tartare and bearnaise sauce. The accompaniments are abundant in gastronomic qualities and are characterised by their home-made taste. The flavours are rich, refined and they make a perfect accompaniment to meat, fish and vegetables.
